Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mint.fast, including the website, interfaces, and related software (together, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use mint.fast.

Who can use mint.fast

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using mint.fast, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. The Service may not be available or appropriate everywhere.

Restricted countries and regions

You may not use the Service if you are located in, resident of, or a national of a jurisdiction where use of the Service is prohibited or would be illegal. Without limiting that rule, the Service is not offered to persons in the United Kingdom, or in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions or similar restrictions administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or comparable authorities.

That restricted list includes, among others: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. It also includes any other country, territory, or person that is the target of applicable sanctions.

You confirm that you are not in a restricted jurisdiction, that you are not on any sanctions list, and that you are not using the Service on behalf of someone who is.

What mint.fast is (and is not)

mint.fast is a software interface that helps people create, discover, and trade tokens on supported blockchain networks. It is not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser.

Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Token launches and trades are speculative. You can lose some or all of the value you put in. Past performance of any coin means nothing for the future.

On-chain transactions are executed by smart contracts and your wallet. mint.fast does not control your private keys, does not hold your funds, and cannot reverse confirmed blockchain transactions.

Your wallet and your risk

You interact with the Service through a third-party wallet. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet, seed phrase, private keys, and devices. If you lose access to your wallet, we cannot recover it for you.

You understand that blockchain networks can be congested or unavailable, that smart contracts can contain bugs, and that token prices can move sharply or go to zero. You accept those risks when you use the Service.

Fees

The Service and related smart contracts may charge fees, including creation fees, trading fees, and protocol fees. Network gas fees are paid to the blockchain and are separate from any fees charged by mint.fast.

Fee amounts and recipients can change over time as described in the interface or on-chain configuration. You are responsible for reviewing applicable fees before you submit a transaction.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to break the law, launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, commit fraud, or harm others.

You agree not to interfere with the Service, attempt to exploit smart contracts beyond intended use in a way that harms the protocol or other users, scrape the site in an abusive way, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation when that matters for a feature of the Service.

We may refuse or limit access to the interface at our discretion, including when we believe these Terms have been violated. On-chain contracts may continue to function independently of the interface.

Content and tokens you create

If you mint a coin or upload content (such as images, names, or social handles), you are responsible for that content. You represent that you have the rights to use it and that it does not infringe others' rights or violate the law.

Tokens created through the Service are experimental and may have little or no value. Naming, branding, and marketing of a token are your responsibility, not mint.fast's.

Third-party services

The Service may rely on wallets, RPC providers, indexing services, hosting providers, social login providers, and other third parties. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. mint.fast is not responsible for third-party outages, errors, or security incidents.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any token, market data, or estimate shown in the interface is accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, mint.fast and its operators, contributors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or digital assets, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid directly to us for use of the interface in the three months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, the limits above apply only to the extent permitted.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless mint.fast and its operators, contributors, and affiliates from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, your tokens, or your breach of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
